Summary


Let's Party! is a playful children's story about the delightful dilemma of choosing the perfect party costume. A child is invited to a friend's party and imagines dressing up as everything from a caped superhero to a fluffy bunny, an orange carrot, a birthday cake, a whale, a dancer, a fart, and even a monster. With every idea more fun than the last, the decision feels impossible — until one wonderfully chaotic solution brings them all together at once.

I get to dress up and wear something fun.

Hmmm…

I’ve always wanted to dress like a superhero and save the day.

Zoom! Zap! Kapow!

But I’d also like to be a fluffy bunny with soft ears and a wiggly nose.

Hop. Hop.

Or maybe even a very orange carrot.

Crunch. Crunch. Crunch.

I could dress like a birthday cake.

Yummmmmm.

Or I could pretend to be a great, big whale.

Sploosh. Splash.

It would also be fun to dress up like a leaping, twirling dancer.

Wheeeeeee!

Or I could go as a fart and be all loud and stinky.

Pfffffffft!

But I also really love monsters.

Roar!

How will I choose what to be?

I know!

I’ll go as a superhero-bunny- carrot-birthday cake-whale- dancer-fart-monster!

Zoom! Zap! Kapow!
