The Blue Tit family was a pleasant bird family,
They liked to nest in a tree hollow, preferably at the top.

The smallest bird was called Blue Tit Try It,
Because he never got anything done in one go.

That sometimes made him despondent and angry,
Until he chose a different way.

He just started trying it a lot!
Now he could learn by doing it.

Flying, for example, became a fun sport.
He was very proud, even though his flight was still short.

Collecting food was quite a job,
But after many tries, he succeeded and even won against the sparrow.

Finding a nice bird lady was another story,
At first he just made a lot of noise.

But then he started playing beautiful whistles,
That were more to the bird woman’s liking.

Finally he managed to lure her with a nice caterpillar,
And from then on, Blue Tit Try It never sulked again.

He always kept trying everything again and again with a big smile,
Sometimes more than a thousand million times!

And always one day the day would come that he was happy with the result,
Who knows, maybe it will be the same for you if you start trying!
