The Teacher’s Back to School Jitters

Jada, a preschool teacher, was feeling anxious on the first day of school. She had loved the freedom of the winter break and didn’t want to go back to the classroom. She stood outside the school, not wanting to go in.

Inside the classroom, the children noticed that their teacher wasn’t coming in. They missed Jada and decided to come up with a plan to cheer her up. They made a large banner that said, “Jada, we love you!” and all went together to the schoolyard to find her.

When they saw Jada standing outside the school, they ran up to her with the banner. Jada was touched by the gesture and felt happy, but she still didn’t want to go inside.

The children asked her why she was hesitant to go to school. Jada told them that she felt a lot of pressure and wasn’t sure if she was good enough. The children were surprised and told her that she was the best teacher anyone could wish for.

This made Jada feel much better, but she was still hesitant to go inside. She missed one of her best teacher friends who had moved away from the school and felt a little bit lonely.

When the children heard this, they gave Jada a big hug and told her that they understood how she was feeling. They said that although she would miss her friend, they were all there for her and she could make new friends as well.

The children and Jada sat down together and discussed their back-to-school jitters. They realized that it was a common feeling and that it could happen to anyone. But they also realized that they could overcome their jitters by sticking together and supporting each other. With this in mind, Jada and the children had a great day together in the classroom.
